Central Bank Names Christopher Harrison Assistant Vice President
Central Bank chairman, president and CEO, Luther Deaton Jr., has announced the promotion of Christopher S. Harrison to assistant vice president-retail banking.
Mr. Harrison joined Central Bank in 2000 as retail officer of the Versailles Road banking center. His day to day responsibilities include overseeing the Versailles Road banking center with it's business development, consumer and commercial loans, coaching, sales, staff management and community involvement.
A native of Richlands, Virginia, Mr. Harrison graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a degree in Finance.
Chris and his wife, Christina, and their son live in Lexington.
Central Bank is a subsidiary of Central Bancshares, Inc. which operates a total of 19 full service banking centers, 24 ATMs, a mortgage office and insurance agency in Clark, Fayette, Jessamine, Scott and Bath counties. As of December 31, 2002, Central Bancshares' total assets were $1.119 billion.
