Central Bank names Timothy D. Fyffe Senior Vice President

Lexington, KY. -- Central Bank chairman, president and CEO, Luther Deaton, Jr., has announced the appointment of Timothy D. Fyffe to senior vice president – trust investment officer.
Mr. Fyffe rejoins Central Bank, having worked at the bank in the late 1980's. He now brings over twenty five years of banking and trust experience having worked at banks in Central Kentucky and Mississippi. Mr. Fyffe's day to day responsibilities include business development and investment management serving the bank's high-net worth and institutional clients.
Central Bank is a subsidiary of Central Bancshares Inc. which operates a total of 19 full service banking centers, 25 ATMs, a mortgage office and insurance agency in Clark, Fayette, Jessamine, Scott and Bath counties. As of December 31, 2004, Central Bancshares' total assets were $1.336 billion.
