Central Bank names Sean Sullivan Vice President – Corporate Services Manager


Lexington, KY. -- Central Bank chairman, president and CEO, Luther Deaton, Jr., has announced the appointment of Sean Sullivan to vice president – corporate services manager.

Mr. Sullivan joins Central Bank bringing over six years of cash management sales experience. Mr. Sullivan's responsibilities include selling cash management services to new and existing clients, retention of current clients, developing systems to ensure client needs are met and expanding the use of cash management services into new markets.

A native of Lexington, Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He also received a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) in June 2000.

Sean and his wife Shelly have two children, Savannah and Kristina, and they live in Lexington.

Central Bank is a subsidiary of Central Bancshares Inc. which operates a total of 22 full service banking centers, 27 ATMs, a mortgage office and insurance agency in Clark, Fayette, Jefferson, Jessamine, Scott and Bath counties. As of March 31, 2005, Central Bancshares' total assets were $1.352 billion.
