Central Bank names Leigh Carr Loan Review Officer
Central Bank chairman, president and CEO, Luther Deaton, Jr., has announced the promotion of Leigh M. Carr to loan review officer.
Ms. Carr joined Central Bank in 1999 as a financial analyst, bringing over 12 years of banking experience with her. Ms. Carr's responsibilities include reviewing the bank's commercial loan portfolio.
A native of Winchester, Leigh is a graduate of Clark County High School and Transylvania University, receiving her bachelor's degree in business administration. She later received her MBA from the University of Kentucky.
Leigh, her husband Dave, and their girls, Mary Clare and Britton live in Lexington.
Central Bank is a subsidiary of Central Bancshares, Inc. which operates a total of 19 full service banking centers, 25 ATMs, a mortgage office and insurance agency in Clark, Fayette, Jessamine, Scott and Bath counties. As of June 30, 2003, Central Bancshares' total assets were $1.168 billion.
