Don C. Graeter and Drew Graeter join Central Investment Center
Louisville, KY. - Central Bank of Jefferson County President, James Clay Smith, has announced the hiring of financial advisors Don C. Graeter and Drew Graeter to Central Investment Center, the wholly owned subsidiary of Central Bank & Trust Co. The Graeters join Central Investment Center after many successful years with a nationally recognized investment firm.
Don Graeter, who will serve as Director of Investment Services for Jefferson County, brings twenty years of investment experience. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Accounting and a graduate of the University of Virginia Law School, focusing on taxation and estate planning.
Don has been a public speaker regarding investments and financial planning for a variety of organizations and has served as an adjunct professor of taxation and accounting in the MBA program of Bellarmine College in Louisville. He holds licenses as a securities representative, a securities principal, and a fee based portfolio adviser. He has also passed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) examination and graduated from Wharton Business School - University of Pennsylvania in 1998.
Drew Graeter, who will serve as a Financial Advisor, has a successful history of financial consulting. A graduate from Murray State University with a degree in Economics, Drew began his career as a financial consultant. Three years later, he merged his separate business into a partnership with his father, Don Graeter.
Drew holds licenses as both a securities representative and a fee based portfolio advisor. He is a member of the Young Professionals of Louisville (YPAL) and was recently nominated to the board of The Family Place, a relief organization for abused children.
The Graeter's Central Investment Center offices will located at Central Bank of Jefferson County's Headquarters, 9300 Shelbyville Road.
Don and Drew both currently reside in Jefferson County with their wives, Diane and Heather, and are actively involved in their local community.
