Central Bank Announces David Chrisman as Senior Vice President
Nicholasville, KY - President of Central Bank, FSB, Alan VanArsdall, has announced that David Chrisman has joined Central Bank as Senior Vice President - Senior Commercial Lender. Mr. Chrisman will supervise all lending officers of Central Bank, FSB including the Nicholasville and Georgetown markets.
In his 25 years of banking, Mr. Chrisman has held such positions as Chief Credit Officer, Senior Lending Officer and Internal Audit Manager. Mr. Chrisman received his Bachelors in Business Administration (Accounting), is a graduate of the Kentucky School of Banking, and spent four years in the military as an Aerospace Physiology Instructor.
Central Bank is a subsidiary of Central Bancshares Inc., which currently operates a total of 23 full service banking centers, 28 ATMs, two mortgage offices, an insurance agency and an investment office in Bath, Boone, Clark, Fayette, Jefferson, Jessamine, Madison, and Scott counties. As of June 30, 2006, Central Bancshares' total assets were $1.657 billion.
