Central Bank names Brian England Vice President

Georgetown, KY - Central Bank Market President, Kim Marshall, has announced the hiring of Brian England as Vice President-Lending Officer.

Mr. England joins Central Bank with a wide range of banking experience working for both community and nationally recognized banks.

"With eight years of commercial real estate lending experience, Mr. England will become a valuable asset to the Central Bank team," says Kim Marshall, President of Central Bank in Georgetown.

A native of Winchester, Kentucky, England graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors Degree in Finance. He is currently pursuing an MBA Degree from the University of Colorado.

Brian currently resides in Winchester, Kentucky.

Central Bank is a subsidiary of Central Bancshares Inc., which currently operates a total of 23 full service banking centers, 28 ATMs, two mortgage offices, an insurance agency and an investment office in Bath, Boone, Clark, Fayette, Jefferson, Jessamine, Madison, and Scott counties. As of June 30, 2006, Central Bancshares' total assets were $1.657 billion.
