Gold Equity Line
Central Bank's Gold Equity Line of Credit lets you use the equity in your home. Your Gold Equity Line is based on a combination of your income, credit history and the equity in your home. A Central Bank Gold Equity Line has the following advantages:

PAL Loan
Our Program of Assisted Lending (PAL) makes it easier to get a small loan for just about any purpose. The PAL is a fixed-rate loan for families or individuals with incomes of $28,000 or less. The PAL Loan features a special annual percentage rate and terms that let you borrow from $500 to $2,500. And, if you elect to have your payments automatically deducted from another Central Bank account, you will receive an additional .25% deduction from your PAL Loan rate.
