Central Bank will open a new banking center on the Outer Loop of Louisville. The new location will be the fourth Central Bank location in Louisville and will be in addition to the bank’s current locations at Hurstbourne Place, Taylorsville Road and Waterfront Plaza.
“While we know that customers are increasingly choosing to transact online and in mobile banking, it is still our mission to provide our customers with access to trusted local experts, available at our brick and mortar locations,” stated Market President Mark Wheeler. “We are excited about the opportunities that another location will create for us and for the convenience it will provide to many of our existing customers.”
In addition to the construction of a 4th banking center, staff has been added to expand the retail and lending teams in the market. The new banking center will be located at 3541 Outer Loop in Louisville and is set to open during the first quarter of 2019. Ed Cundiff will serve as the retail development officer for the Outer Loop location. Ed joined Central Bank in 2017 and has nearly 40 years of banking experience.
