*Credit subject to approval. This line of credit is offered to individuals who will secure the line with a primary home or second home that is not currently securing an existing Central Bank home equity line of credit. The credit line term is 10 years and a balloon payment may result. The minimum and maximum line amounts are $5,000 and $200,000, with a $20 annual program fee as of June 9, 2022. A 2.99% introductory Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) will apply during the first six billing cycles. This introductory APR is subject to change. Depending on the origination date of the line, the first billing cycle may be shorter than the remaining five billing cycles when the introductory APR is in effect. After the first six billing cycles, the APR can vary and is based on the U.S. Prime Rate (index) that is published in The Wall Street Journal plus a margin of .0%, .25% or .50%; as of June 9, 2022 the APR (index plus .25% margin) for this line was 4.25%. The APR is subject to change monthly on the first business day of each billing period, based on the previous month’s last published U.S. Prime Rate; resulting payment amounts may vary. The minimum APR (floor rate) is 3.50% and the maximum APR is 21%. The minimum monthly payment is the accrued and unpaid interest charges or $100, whichever is greater. Borrower pays for appraisal or property evaluation. Closing costs range from $85 to $475 for properties in Central Bank’s general markets. Closing costs for properties outside Central Bank’s general markets range from $500 to $10,000 depending on the state. A lien release fee of $25–$100 is assessed at termination of the line. An early termination fee of $195 is assessed for lines paid and closed within 24 months of line origination. Property insurance is required and flood insurance is required, if applicable.
