Lexington, KY – Chairman, President & CEO Luther Deaton, Jr. announced the promotions of Lana Alexander, Barbara Johnson and Alex Wolf to assistant vice presidents of retail banking.
Lana began her career at Central Bank in 2000 as a personal banker. Since that time, she has worked in various roles in retail banking. Currently, Lana serves as the retail banking officer for Central Bank’s Sir Barton banking center.
Barbara began her career at Central Bank in 2000 as a personal banker, before being promoted to retail manager. Currently, she serves as the retail banking officer for the bank’s North Park banking center. She is a graduate of Murray State University and an active member of North Lexington Church of Christ.
Alex joined Central Bank as a teller in 2002 and has worked in retail banking her entire tenure at the bank. In her current role, she serves as the retail banking officer for the Bank’s main lobby location in Lexington. An active member of the Lexington community, Alex serves as the Volunteer Engagement Chair for Girls on the Run.
