New Office Space on Harrodsburg Road

We are pleased to announce the upcoming move of Central Bank Mortgage1 and Central Insurance Services2 to a newly renovated office space located right next door to their current building on Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, KY. The Louisville office for Central Insurance Services will remain at 4630 Taylorsville Road.

75 Years and Growing – It’s All About Community

The office relocation of Central Bank Mortgage and Central Insurance Services comes in the midst of Central Bank’s 75th anniversary, an occasion we are all honored to celebrate. We are excited to approach the upcoming relocation during a time of reflection on our founding principles. While we have grown significantly from our beginnings at the corner of Short and Upper streets in downtown Lexington, we remain just as dedicated to the community-driven mission of our founder, Garvice D. Kincaid, as when we first opened our doors in 1946. Today, this commitment lives on through Mr. Kincaid’s daughter, Joan D. Kincaid. As Vice Chairman of the Board, Joan ensures that – while innovation continues – the bank stays true to her father’s founding principles.

It is these same principles that drive every decision we make, including the upgrade and expansion of our office space to provide you the highest level of service. We know we must grow along with our customers and are continually prepared to make enhancements when needed.

In the words of our founder, “No one person is responsible for our success. It has been a team effort.” It is with this sentiment that we thank you for supporting us through changes like this one for the last 75 years. Without you, none of our success would be possible. As we celebrate Central Bank’s 75th anniversary and the upcoming office relocation of Central Bank Mortgage and Central Insurance Services, we hope you will share in our excitement and pride.
