CENTRAL BANK FALL FESTIVAL SWEEPSTAKES

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sweepstakes Period: The Central Bank Fall Festival Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 2, 2026, and ends at 6:30 p.m. ET on October 2, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. Participating Bank Locations: The following Central Bank location is participating in the Sweepstakes:

  • Central Bank & Trust Co., 1996 Spring House Lane, Richmond, Kentucky 40457

3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, agents, directors, and officers (including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren – or those living in the same household) of Central Bank & Trust Co. (the “Sponsor”) and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, service agencies, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, attempting to enter, or otherwise participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

4. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: To enter the Sweepstakes, complete the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

  • Visit the Central Bank branch located at 1996 Spring House Lane, Richmond, Kentucky 40457, fill out the entry form with all required information, and submit the entry form.

    Limit one (1) Entry per person/household during the Sweepstakes Period.

    Entries submitted in compliance with the foregoing and all other terms in these Official Rules are hereafter “Entries” or, individually, an “Entry.”


    By participating in the Sweepstakes, you certify that you have read and acknowledge the Central Bank Privacy Policy, available at https://www.centralbank.com/privacy-policy/.

5. Winner Selection and Odds: On or about October 2, 2026, Sponsor will select eight (8) prize winners through random drawings from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will conduct a separate drawing for each of the eight (8) prizes, with the order of drawings determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Odds of being selected as a Prize Winner depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

6. Winner Notification: The potential winners will be notified on or about October 5, 2026, by email or phone provided to Sponsor in the Entry form. Sponsor may require winners to complete, sign, notarize and return Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release forms, and other applicable documents, which may require a social security number, and which must be received by Sponsor within three (3) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond to Sponsor’s notification, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits his/her prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits a prize for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining Entries. The Sponsor will continue to select additional potential winners until the prize is awarded. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes in the relevant category. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded.


To claim his/her prize, Sponsor will provide instructions, which may include personally visiting a Central Bank branch or office, communicated by Sponsor in such instructions, within seven (7) business days after notification (branch visits must be on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST) and must present a valid Kentucky government-issued photo ID.

7. Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the following prizes will be awarded:

  • One (1) winner will receive:

    • One (1) VIZIO 43-Inch V-Series 4K Smart TV

    • Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $299.99

  • One (1) winner will receive:

    • One (1) Ring Doorbell Camera

    • ARV: $99.99

  • One (1) winner will receive:

    • One (1) Apple iPad 11-inch: A16 chip, 128 GB

    • ARV: $399.99

  • Two (2) winners will each receive:

    • One (1) set of AirPods

    • ARV: $148.99 per prize

  • Two (2) winners will each receive:

    • One (1) fitness watch

    • ARV: $99.99 per prize

  • One (1) winner will receive:

    • One (1) check for $5,000

    • ARV: $5,000


ARV of all prizes: $6,297.93


Limit: one (1) prize per person/household.


All prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates do not make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize winner may be required to show a valid photo identification, valid driver’s license, or other acceptable government-issued identification to verify identity and redeem prize. Prizes are subject to terms, conditions, expiration dates, and restrictions imposed by the manufacturer/issuer of the prize. Federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees and expenses not listed above as specifically included as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of winner.

8. Publicity & Marketing: Submission of an Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use entrants’ name, identity, title, likeness, distinctive appearance, physical likeness, image, portrait, picture, photograph (whether still or moving), screen persona, voice, vocal style, statements, gesture, mannerism, personality, performance characteristic, biographical data, signature, and any other indicia or imitation of identity or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with this Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including, without limitation, mailing address, phone number, email address during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s personal information for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes.

9. No Liability & Indemnification: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all liability, disputes, claims, causes of action or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, death or losses to persons or any personal or third party property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prize. Sweepstakes Entities do not warrant that access to the Sweepstakes will be uninterrupted. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for, and each entrant releases and will hold Sweepstakes Entities harmless for/from: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to an entrant’s computer or mobile/wireless device, hardware or software, which injury or damage may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes. In addition, Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, garbled/illegible, corrupted, jumbled, misdirected, damaged, incomplete entries regardless of cause, all of which are void. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards to an entrant shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees or court costs. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Right to Disqualify: The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or if the individual’s behavior or communication at any point is unsportsmanlike, disruptive, may or does cause damage to any person, property, or reputation of Sponsor; or is otherwise not in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

11. Other Terms: Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes and to disqualify any entrant for any reason, in its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If such cancellation occurs, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winners from among all eligible Entries prior to cancellation. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any Sweepstakes material (including but not limited to website content), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. Images of prize(s) as shown in any Sweepstakes materials, if any, are for illustrative purposes only.

12. Disputes: Each entrant agrees: (a) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of an entrant or the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Kentucky; and (b) all entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Lexington, Kentucky.

13. Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
