Because we know how important – and how valuable – business online banking can be to you, we want you to have a full understanding of how to best use the Business Online Banking system and make the most of your banking experience. Below you will find a series of video tutorials created to help better acquaint you with Business Online Banking. We have also outlined the instructions you will need for your first login to the new system. You can also view the system user guide.

Once you have received your login credentials, you will follow the instructions below for your initial login to Central Bank’s new Business Online Banking platform:

  1. Central Bank’s Business Online Banking can be found at cob.centralbank.com.

  2. You will log in using the following information provided by Central Bank:

    • Company ID: For those being upgraded from CentralNET, please note that this 6-digit number was not part of your previous login process.

    • User ID: For those being upgraded from CentralNET, this will differ from your current user ID.

    • Temporary Password

  3. Read and accept the Security Best Practices.

  4. You will then be prompted to change your password.

    • Your new password should be 8 – 32 characters with at least one alpha character, one special character and one number.

  5. This next step will be dependent upon whether or not your online banking access includes External Transfers:

    1. Customers without external transfers: You will be presented Security Questions to choose from and answer at first login.

    2. Customers with external transfers: You will activate and use a mobile token:

      1. Activation Code: central2021

      2. Token Number: If you do not already have the security token app, please download the Symantec VIP Access app on your mobile device. Then, at the top of the screen within the app, under Credential ID, use the code that begins with “SYMC”.

      3. Passcode: This is the current Security Code displayed in the circle on the screen within the VIP Access app.

Please note that some of the options shown in the video are not available in Business Online Banking, such as the Shortcuts widget, options under Payments, some reports, etc. These are features are available in Central Bank's more robust platform, Commercial Online Banking.
